Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to the use of the PIDoctor web service ('Service'). By using the Service you accept these terms.

PIDoctor analyzes Betaflight Blackbox log files and returns tuning recommendations including CLI commands. The analysis is fully automated. The Service is offered free of charge; voluntary donations can be made via Stripe.

The Service is provided 'as is'. There is no guarantee of correctness, completeness or availability. Analyses are model-based estimates and can contain errors.

Tuning recommendations and CLI commands generated by PIDoctor are suggestions, not instructions. The decision to apply them — and any resulting changes to a flight controller — lies solely with the user. PIDoctor accepts no liability for hardware damage, lost flights, crashes, fire, personal injury or third-party damages arising from the application of generated recommendations.

Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded unless it concerns damages from injury to life, body or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.

• Only upload log files for which you hold the necessary rights.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Apply CLI commands only after reviewing them, on hardware you own, with the appropriate safety precautions (props off, battery considerations, etc.).

Donations are processed via Stripe and are voluntary. They are not refundable except where required by law. Where a donation triggers feature access (e.g. a redemption code), this access is part of the donation acknowledgement and not a separate paid service.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
