Absolute control
Absolute control is a Betaflight feature that adds extra correction so the quad follows the commanded setpoint more tightly instead of slowly drifting off.
It tightens tracking but, set too high, can bring harshness or overshoot. How tightly the gyro follows the setpoint is what PIDoctor measures via the step response — exactly where absolute control acts.
